At our store, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and reliably—no matter where you are. We offer free global shipping on all orders, with a few regional exceptions due to carrier limitations and customs restrictions.

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once confirmed, items are dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Processing time may be extended during peak seasons or holidays.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 4–15 business days, depending on your location, local logistics efficiency, and customs clearance process.

Please note that unexpected delays may occur due to public holidays, natural disasters, customs inspections, or other uncontrollable events.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders.

However, surcharges or delivery restrictions may apply to certain regions due to limited logistics access.

 

Shipping Limitations

Due to logistical restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries and regions:

  • Malta, South Africa, Egypt, Ecuador
  • Remote areas and outlying islands globally
  • Military addresses (e.g., APO/FPO)
  • U.S. Territories: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other overseas territories
  • Japan: No delivery to APO/FPO military addresses or Amazon warehouse addresses
  • Korea: No delivery to PO Boxes, military addresses, or the following remote island areas (e.g., Ulleungdo, Jeju, Wando-gun, Ganghwa, Ongjin, etc.)
  • Israel: Delivery service is self-pickup only; Gaza region is not serviceable
  • Philippines, Chile, Colombia: Partial coverage only; restricted regions excluded
  • Singapore: Some restricted areas not serviceable
  • United Kingdom: Mainland and domestic islands only. Offshore territories such as Guernsey, Jersey, British Virgin Islands, etc., are excluded
  • UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon: P.O. Box addresses are not accepted. Valid street address and phone number are required
  • Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar: P.O. Box addresses are accepted, but valid contact number is mandatory
